Brian's practice is concentrated in the areas of criminal defense, civil litigation, banking and commercial transactions. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the trial lawyer section of the Bar, and of the America Bar Association. He obtained his Bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida in 2011 and his Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2014. While attending law school, Brian was a member of Stetson's award-winning trial team. He was selected as an intern in the Office of the Federal Public Defender in Chicago, IL, where he obtained valuable experience as a criminal defense lawyer and worked on several noteworthy and well publicized cases. Brian began practicing law as an associate in 2014 with a prominent, AV rated law firm. He assisted the firm's senior partner in representation of clients in complex litigation matters, and closing large commercial transactions. Brian has significant experience in conducting negotiations, mediations, depositions, motion hearings, and trials. He has prepared documents for and has assisted in closing numerous financial transactions. He is a formidable representative of his clients' interests.
Marie Sartiano Schoeb was born and raised in Clearwater, Florida. She graduated from University of South Florida with a Bachelors degree in Business Economics. Thereafter, she received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. She spent the beginning of her career as a Prosecutor in Florida's Sixth Judicial Circuit gaining tremendous jury trial experience in complex criminal cases ranging from DUIs to Attempted First Degree Murders. She has been awarded and recognized at the State Attorney’s Office for her success as a trial attorney. Prior to that, she was a law clerk in the areas of Insurance Defense, Family Law, and In-house counsel of one of the nation's largest corporations, Jabil, working on Contract and Copyright Law. She is also conversational in Spanish and Italian. Her experiences have prepared her to provide efficient and aggressive legal representation for her clients.

He is a member of the Florida Bar. He obtained his Bachelor's degree from Villanova University in 1972 and his Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1975.
Tom began practice in Tampa, Florida, in 1976 as an Assistant City Attorney and achieved the position of Chief Assistant. Among his many duties, he served as head of the trial department of the City Attorney’s office. Mr. Morrison began private practice in 1979 with the AV rated Tampa law firm of Cason, Henderson, Morrison & Prevatt. He served as head of the firm's trial and litigation team until his departure from the firm to establish his own practice in 1989. He has been general counsel of the Hillsborough County Industrial Development Authority since 1979, and served as outside City Attorney for the City of New Port Richey for 16 years.
A seasoned trial lawyer, Tom has been successful in defense of law suits seeking recovery of as much as $800 million from his clients, as well as in small cases seeking recovery of as little as $5,000. As plaintiff’s counsel, he has obtained jury verdicts and judgments for clients in contract litigation, personal injury cases, medical malpractice cases, eminent domain cases and a myriad of other type law suits. In his more than 41 years as a trial lawyer, Tom has tried many cases to jury verdict and verdict in non-jury trials representing both plaintiffs and defendants.
